Art therapy is about expressing what is going on inside, it doesn't have to be pretty. Art therapy is about achieving goals. It is a way of expressing feelings in a creative way often without words. I'll use creative tools such as painting, drawing, clay and movement to tap into different parts of the brain using imagination, metaphor and images to gain new perspectives and insights to solve problems in new ways. Available services: Individual art therapy sessions for adults, teenagers and children, creative expression sessions for children, small group workshops for adults
