Our practitioners see patients on an appointment basis, if you are experiencing problems, please call our clinic and we will arrange for you to see a practitioner as soon as possible.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy that incurs a $40 fee, but are always happy to reschedule with adequate notice, we do have a busy clinic, so to avoid disappointment please review your appointment time and commitments prior to booking.

To make an appointment for acupuncture, you can call 6204 7211 or 0405 657 626, use our contact form or use the online booking tool below, if the appointment time you seek isn't available via online, do pop us a message or call us and we will do our best to accommodate you and are happy to add you to the waitlist for preferred days if appointments are not available for your convenient time.

Card details are required at time of booking, to hold your appointment with reference to no show or last minute cancellation policies; nothing will be charged to your card under any other circumstances.

If you have not been to Radiant Chi before, please ensure your booking selection is an 'Initial' for your first visit. 

 

Payment options include EFTPOS or cash and we now have HICAPS facilities available to process health rebates on site.

We offer concession rates for full time students, seniors and Centrelink cardholders, please contact us for more details on reduced fee schedules. 

Discounted concession rates are not applicable for evening (after 4.30pm) or Saturday appointments. Sorry for this inconvenience. 

Please check with your health insurance provider for your rebate schedule based on your cover.
