Initial Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) Treatment with Infrared Light Therapy
Natalie’s initial consultation is a comprehensive, integrative assessment that bridges Eastern medicine with a functional, systems-based understanding of the body. Alongside traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics, existing pathology and blood results are reviewed through a functional medicine lens to better understand underlying patterns, imbalances, and drivers of your health concerns.

Your consultation includes an in-depth exploration of your primary concern while considering the body as a whole. This involves a detailed review of your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and relevant pathology, as well as traditional Chinese Medicine assessment through pulse diagnosis and tongue observation. This thorough evaluation allows Natalie to form a clear Chinese Medicine diagnosis and develop a personalised treatment plan. Following your appointment, you will receive a written summary outlining key findings, functional insights into blood work (where applicable), treatment considerations, and recommendations for further testing or referrals if required.

Your initial appointment also includes an acupuncture treatment with infrared light therapy, and may incorporate additional therapies such as cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion where appropriate. A patent herbal formula may be prescribed if indicated (additional cost), along with tailored lifestyle and dietary guidance.
Natalie works collaboratively with other health professionals and can provide referral requests for further investigations or allied support, ensuring your care is well-coordinated and aligned with your broader health journey.

Subsequent Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) with Infrared Light Therapy
Natalie’s subsequent consultations are designed to continue, review, and refine the integrative care established during your initial appointment. These sessions build on your Chinese Medicine diagnosis and functional assessment, allowing for ongoing evaluation of progress, symptom changes, and treatment response over time. Each appointment includes a review of your current health status and any changes in symptoms, lifestyle, medications, supplements, or relevant pathology since your last visit. Where appropriate, updated blood results or investigations are reviewed through a functional medicine lens to further assess underlying patterns, imbalances, and drivers of your health concerns.

Treatments are guided, individualised, and responsive, adapting as your body changes. Each session includes acupuncture with infrared light therapy, and may incorporate additional supportive therapies such as cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion where clinically indicated. Ongoing herbal medicine, lifestyle, and dietary guidance is provided in alignment with your evolving needs. Natalie works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals where required and can provide referral requests or recommendations for further investigations as your care progresses. Ongoing consultations aim to support sustainable healing, optimise outcomes, and guide you through each stage of your health journey with clarity, continuity, and care.
Initial Pediatric Acupuncture (6 weeks to 16 years)
Natalie’s Paediatric Initial Consultation offers a gentle, holistic approach to supporting children’s health through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, informed by a functional and developmental understanding of the body. Care is tailored to each child’s stage of growth and development, recognising that children’s systems are continually evolving. Natalie treats children from 6 weeks through to 16 years of age.

The initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your child’s main concern, alongside a broader understanding of their overall health. This may include a review of medical history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, emotional wellbeing, and relevant pathology where applicable. The aim is to identify underlying patterns of imbalance and develop a personalised treatment plan that supports both immediate concerns and long-term resilience.

Natalie uses a range of age-appropriate and gentle techniques to ensure treatment is calm, safe, and effective. Depending on your child’s needs and tolerance, treatment may include herbal remedies, Tui Na massage, Shonishin, laser acupuncture, and acupuncture needles where appropriate. Adjunct therapies such as gua sha, cupping, or moxibustion may also be incorporated when clinically indicated.

Shonishin is a non-invasive Japanese paediatric acupuncture technique that uses gentle tools applied along meridians and acupuncture points to help regulate the flow of qi. It is suitable for infants from 6 weeks of age and is also commonly used for children or adults who are sensitive to needles.

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) may also be used as a needle-free option. This involves delivering low-intensity infrared laser light into the tissue, where it is absorbed by cells to support cellular energy and healing processes. The clinic uses the LUT-904 laser therapy unit, operating at a wavelength of 904 nanometres with ultra-short pulses, making it safe, comfortable, and well tolerated for children.
This integrative and adaptable approach allows Natalie to provide personalised care that supports your child’s health, balance, and development in a gentle, considered way.

Subsequent Pediatric Acupuncture (6 weeks to 16 years)
Natalie’s paediatric subsequent consultations are designed to continue, review, and refine the care established during your child’s initial appointment. These sessions support your child’s ongoing health and development, with treatment adapting as they grow, change, and respond over time.

Each appointment includes a review of your child’s progress, current symptoms, and any changes in health, lifestyle, diet, sleep, emotional wellbeing, or relevant medical information since the previous visit. This ongoing assessment allows Natalie to monitor patterns of balance and imbalance through a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens, informed by a functional and developmental understanding of the body. Treatments remain gentle, age-appropriate, and responsive to your child’s needs on the day. Care may include Tui Na massage, Shonishin, laser acupuncture, herbal support, or acupuncture needles where appropriate. Adjunct therapies such as gua sha, cupping, or moxibustion may also be incorporated depending on your child’s presentation and tolerance.
Shonishin and Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) provide effective, needle-free options for infants, young children, or those sensitive to needles. All care is delivered in a calm and supportive environment, prioritising your child’s comfort, safety, and sense of ease.

Ongoing consultations aim to support both immediate concerns and long-term resilience, helping your child maintain balance, vitality, and healthy development through each stage of growth.

Initial Facial & Cosmetic Acupuncture Deluxe Facial Treatment
Natalie’s Deluxe Facial Acupuncture is a comprehensive, whole-body treatment that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with a functional, integrative approach to skin health and ageing. Rather than treating the face in isolation, this treatment recognises that the appearance and vitality of the skin are closely linked to internal balance, circulation, hormones, digestion, stress, and nervous system regulation.

Facial acupuncture is a specialised treatment designed to support healthy skin function while also enhancing overall wellbeing. Each session includes full-body acupuncture to optimise circulation, support internal organ systems, and regulate the nervous system, alongside targeted facial acupuncture to address skin concerns and facial tension.

Treatments are fully individualised. Facial acupuncture may help to relax overactive facial muscles, support areas of laxity, improve skin tone and luminosity, enhance circulation, and stimulate collagen and elastin production to soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
This appointment also includes a comprehensive facial treatment incorporating facial massage, gua sha, and facial cupping to further stimulate blood flow, enhance lymphatic drainage, and support skin detoxification. A specialised facial light is applied during needle retention to support skin-specific concerns using targeted colour wavelengths, while medical-grade red light therapy is applied to the body to support cellular repair, circulation, and systemic regulation. Light therapy is adapted to suit individual skin conditions and treatment goals.

This treatment allows Natalie to assess and support your skin through both a Chinese Medicine and whole-body health lens, ensuring your care enhances not only appearance, but long-term skin health, balance, and vitality.

Subsequent Facial & Cosmetic Acupuncture Deluxe Facial Treatment
Natalie’s Subsequent Deluxe Facial Acupuncture consultations are designed to continue and refine the personalised care established during your initial appointment. Each appointment includes a brief review of your skin’s response to previous treatments, along with any changes in stress, sleep, hormones, digestion, or overall wellbeing that may be influencing skin function and vitality. Treatment is adjusted accordingly, recognising that optimal skin health reflects internal balance as much as external care.

Sessions continue to include a combination of full-body acupuncture to support circulation, nervous system regulation, and internal organ function, alongside targeted facial acupuncture tailored to your evolving needs. This integrative approach supports facial muscle balance and tone, skin luminosity, and ongoing stimulation of collagen and elastin production.
